Yeah im around. And still round
For me it seems to have leveled out at +5-6 kg’s
Sure i also have a lot of cravings but i think it’s getting more and more manageable.

For me the last 2 weeks have been a trial by fire…
I have always used snus and 2 or 3 packs of cigarettes during the first week of hunting.
This year, nothing. Nada!
I’m really proud of myself and confident that i will make it!
I agree with a lot of the above and would like to add common sense.
Try to reason with yourself, do I really need that extra piece of pie etc. (usually the answer is no…)
So hang in there, I am convinced it’s worth it!

Antonia, got the T-shirt.
Gained 6kgs over the first 2 months.
I will deal with one problem at a time so i don’t care too much about the weight, as long as it doesn’t get completely out of control.
For me it seems as if i have found my level, haven’t gained any more weight in the last month and a half.
So, rather chunky and drug-free than addicted and miserable.
When i hit 6 months i will re-organize my diet and start working out more.
Until then, i am not too worried
Apart from the eating, that seems to affect more or less everyone, how are you finding life without poison?
For me it’s smooth sailing. Get cravings now and then but i can’t say i miss snus.

It gets better for sure. 50 days for me now and can sleep ok again.
Still get cravings but have no problems resisting.
It IS tough sometimes but that makes the ”easy” times even better

Istället för att supa mig full är det veden som ska fixas med…
Jag tycker inte vi ska unna SM att tjäna 903MKR på ett kvartal.
