Hej, är det fler än jag just nu, som använder nikotinhjälpmedel som stöd att sluta snusa?
Hur gör/gjorde ni med nedtrappning. Har lätt att fastna i att tugga nikotintuggummi, istället och målet är ju förstås att inte ha nåt beroende alls…
Jag använde nikotintuggummi när jag försökte sluta med snus för ett par år sedan. Katastrof. Blev helt beroende av tuggummina och de förstörde min hals efter några månaders intensivt tuggande. Harklade så mycket och fick slem så jag tvingades till doktorn. Fick tvärt sluta med nikotuggummina och gick tillbaka till snus. Halsen blev snabbt bättre.
Mitt råd är att gå cold turkey och låta bli alla hjälpmedel. Hjälpmedel som innehåller nikotin är som att bota en alkoholist med en ny spritsort. Plågan blir minst med cold turkey. Men allt är individuellt och detta är min erfarenhet efter att ha försökt sluta många gånger. Nu kör jag cold turkey och det fungerar bra (so far).
Jag tror också som Iceman att nikotinersättning bara förlänger lidandet. Cold turkey är tufft, men man ser framsteg varje dag och det går ju att använda sig av nikotinfria hjälpmedel som Onico eller ingefära under läppen.
Fast det var ju klart inte de här svaren du var ute efter, jag har ingen erfarenhet av nikotinläkemedel alls

Jag håller med. Cold Turkey är tufft i en vecka, men sedan har du gjort det riktigt tuffa - Att träna din hjärna att inte ta en drog. Tuggummit är ju bara ett substitut.
Jag håller också med. Bättre att lida ordentligt några dagar, än att dra ut på lidandet med hjälp av olika hjälpmedel. som man sedan också måste lida för att sluta med.

At present[when?] 3110 students have been studying at the institute (1331 at the Therapeutic faculty, 1009 at the Pediatric, 358 at the Dentistry, 175 students at the Professional Education Direction, 49 at the faculty of Pharmacy, 71 at the Direction of Preventive Medicine, 117 ones study at the Direction of High Nursing Affair).
Today graduates of the institute are trained in the following directions of master’s degree: obstetrics and gynecology, therapy (with its directions), otorhinolaryngology, cardiology, ophthalmology, infectious diseases (with its directions), dermatovenereology, neurology, general oncology, morphology, surgery (with its directions), instrumental and functional diagnostic methods (with its directions), neurosurgery, public health and public health services (with its directions), urology, narcology, traumatology and orthopedics, forensic medical examination, pediatrics (with its directions), pediatric surgery, pediatric anesthesiology and intensive care, children’s cardiology and rheumatology, pediatric neurology, neonatology, sports medicine.
The clinic of the institute numbers 700 seats and equipped with modern diagnostic and treating instrumentations: MRT, MSCT, Scanning USI, Laparoscopic Center and others.
There are all opportunities to carry out sophisticated educational process and research work at the institute.
